Due to business growth, we are seeking HR Consultants to join the team on a part-time, permanent basis, working at least four days per week.

Within this varied role, you will provide vital support to a variety of businesses, ensuring they can run smoothly on a solid foundation of human resources.

The Role

As an HR Consultant, you will provide critical human resources support to a range of clients to ensure a best practice approach to HR is followed within their businesses.

Analysing clients’ current HR programmes, you will work with their leadership teams and staff to recommend solutions and develop, revise, and implement new HR policies and procedures.

You will ensure HR programmes and services are compliant with established policies, laws and regulations and assist with the development and implementation of any required changes.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Prepare and maintain reports and business plans
- Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance
- Present tailored learning and development sessions
- Deal with employee performance, business growth or downsizing issues
- Undertake recruitment activities at all levels of an organisation
- Review and implement HR systems

About You

**To be considered as an HR Consultant, you will need**:

- HR expertise and knowledge
- An analytical approach to problem solving, with the ability to strategise and formulate business plans
- A commercial mindset
- A strong focus on providing high quality customer service
- A CIPD qualification to level 7 (or equivalent)
