**Job Summary**: I am thrilled to be working on this fantastic opportunity for a proven senior HR generalist to join a dynamic and innovative property consultancy as their Head of HR.
As a member of the Operations Board you will take ownership of developing and delivering the people agenda, and strategic people plan for the business as well delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
Key Skills and qulaifications required:
- Minimum CIPD level 5 or ideally holding a level 7 qualification
- Experience of working within in a multi-disciplinary, multi-function team in a professional services organization.(Real estate/ property not necessary)
- Previous experience of leading a company through the Investors in People journey
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices and UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people-related issues
- Experience of adopting and creating innovative and desirable reward and retention strategies
- Energetic, ambitious, and driven.
This role will be based in Cambridge in a hybrid working model (3 days in the office) some travel to other offices will be required on occassion.
