Senior HR Data Analytics Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Data Analyst to join our team at HRLife Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives through data analysis and insights.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of collecting, analysing and interpreting employee data, providing valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for gathering, organising and creating employee data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems and other sources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights related to workforce planning, talent management, performance and D&I
- Create reports, dashboards and visualisations for HR leadership
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and programs
- Work with other teams to optimise the HRIS
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Data Analyst
- Strong technical skills, HR knowledge and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
- Ability to collaborate, connect and influence stakeholders
- Experience of working with HRIS platforms and strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
