**Location**: OX11

Our client is a growing organisation, with an enviable and increasing client base within the water hygiene services sector. They are especially proud of their people and culture, now looking for a Chief People Officer who will help sustain these elementsas the business continues to grow.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure the strategy provides the right structure and skills for the business, aligned with Company objectives and timeframes
- Engender an optimum level of productivity and profitability through the deployment of resources, proficient people management and a highly motivated workforce
- Contribute towards the broader development of the business and responds to new and changing requirements as the working environment evolves
- Manage the Commercial planning, budgets and ongoing requirements for headcount, remuneration, benefits, talent acquisition, training and development
- Support and develop the Management Teams, across the business, ensuring the tools provided are effective and comprehensive
- Build the HR function for the business, across existing and anticipated geographies.

- Experience of managing a growing and fast-paced work environment, as part of a demonstrably progressive career background
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Experience with developing and implementing people strategies
- Empathetic, fair, approachable and supportive
- Practical, decisive and insightful
- Remain updated with employment legislation and curious about new trends, benefits and other cultures
- Collaborative with strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Master’s in Human Resource Management or CIPD Level 7 is desirable but not essential.
