We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Operations Team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management and arrangement of appointments/meetings for COO and senior leadership team
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes and action summaries
  • Administrative support for recruitment activities
  • Organisation of team events/meetings
  • Co-ordination of team inductions for new starters/visitors
  • Arranging visas and booking travel
  • Submitting and/or approving expenses claims
  • Keeping the on-site rota up to date
  • Support for onsite events/meetings
  • Ad-hoc administrative assistance
