Scientific Business Analyst

About the Role
Agilent is seeking a skilled Scientific Business Analyst to join our dynamic UK Sales Team. As a key member of our Laboratory Solutions Sales division, you will play a crucial role in developing tender response strategies and creating comprehensive bid packages.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales Account Managers and stakeholders to develop tender response strategies and meet key tender framework criteria.
- Create and submit bid packages by working with key collaborators, adhering to tender deadlines and aligning with Agilent's sales strategy and goals.
- Conduct won/lost and scoring feedback analyses to identify standard methodologies to win future bids.
- Investigate funding allocations from key funding bodies and collaborate with our academic customers to assist with grant applications and letter of support.
- Support contract management, asset oversight, and instrument recovery.
- Manage contracts with external service providers.
- Collaborate with the Agilent sales management team to support business data analysis and strategy evaluation.
- Assist the Sales Operations Support team in cross-divisional collaboration.
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Data-driven with a keen eye for detail.
- Full fluency in English.
