**Job Title: Invoicing Administrator**

Flannery Plant Hire is a leading provider of plant hire and specialist attachments to the construction industry across the UK and Ireland. **Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders, contract terms, and pricing information before invoicing.
- Collaborate with the wider team to address any discrepancies or missing information.
- Preparing and filing weekly timesheets for multiple depots
- Matching folders with existing timesheets and invoices
- Inputting of Tradex and other data for specific companies
- Chasing missing order numbers and unconfirmed reports

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar Invoice or office administration position.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
