Job Title: Repairs Customer Coordinator

Pay Rate: £22.03 UMB p/h

Duration: 3 months

Location: Brent, London

Job Purpose:
Represent Brent Housing Management by providing first-contact resolution to customers, ensuring their homes are safe, sound, and in good repair. Deliver proactive, professional support for repairs and compliance administration duties while adhering to council and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, managing queries and calls professionally.
Schedule post-inspections with customers and follow up on repairs feedback.
Coordinate bookings and appointments for repairs works, ensuring smooth progression.
Support contract management for repairs team, including managing quotes and approving works orders.
Maintain meticulous administrative duties with strong organizational skills.
Liaise with contractors and clients, attending meetings as required.
Assist with complex repairs projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Monitor contractors service quality and raise issues with Repairs Manager.
Maintain up-to-date records and provide performance indicators to Repairs Manager.
Manage complex cases of disrepair, insurance claims, and complaints.
Support monitoring of KPIs and SLAs, administering invoicing and payments.
Promote online transactions to support the councils channel shift ambition.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries within legislative framework.
Actively contribute to organizational change activities and service improvements.
Maintain accurate customer records in required systems.
Adhere to safeguarding and council policies and procedures.
Undertake any other duties as required.
