Vehicle Repair Team Leader

As a Vehicle Repair Team Leader at Direct Line Group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Roadside Technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and repair vehicles efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a team of Roadside Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition.
- Processing insurance claims and managing the claims process.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patrol performance and customer satisfaction.
You will be working closely with the Patrol Dispatch Manager to optimize the customer claims journey and ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
As a Vehicle Repair Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take ownership of your team's performance. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of your team, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning.
