- office based (no hybrid working due to the nature of the work)**

- Friday 8am
- 5pm**
A rare opportunity has arisen for an **Office Administrator **to join my client, an established and rapidly growing organisation within the **Engineering** industry. This role will be within a **fast paced “London style” **working environment where there will be lots of opportunity for progression.
As an integral part of the **administration** team, your role will be to provide support to the wider team; this means reporting to the Office Manager and supporting the business with a wide variety of administration and office management tasks.
**Duties include**:
- Providing an efficient, warm and approachable point of contact for visitors and internal staff; ensuring the office environment is tidy and safe with all facilities available for staff
- Supporting the Office Manager with all supporting tasks
- Responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring stock is available for the facilities, working collaboratively with the Office Manager
- Developing **exceptional relationships** across the board
- Extensive travel arrangements including booking accommodation
- Ensure the **company’s fleet** is maintained, legal and road worthy
- Raising POs and other invoicing duties
- Any other duties as required
**To be considered for this fantastic role, you must have/be**:
- A strong administrator with previous facilities experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including Excel to collate and present information
- Ideally worked within **Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing**, although other industries will be considered
- Experience **supporting finance functions or managing a busy fleet** previously would be a distinct advantage
- An eye for document control
- Good **active listening** skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels
- Organised, methodical and thorough work ethic with a high **attention to detail**:
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude with a **good sense of humour**
The **Office Administrator **role is well suited to someone who has previously worked in a busy London environment and is looking to work locally, but retain the **fast pace of the City, **with the drive to progress and motivated to progress. You will love the buzz of the busy environment and be engaging and friendly with an eye for detail.
