About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, with a focus on our 'Rest of World' region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales team with administration tasks, such as data entry, email management, and report preparation.
  • Liaising with customers by phone and email to respond to sales inquiries and provide product information.
  • Qualifying incoming sales leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions.
  • Preparing and sending customized sales quotes and proposals to customers.
  • Managing customer relationships, including follow-up and follow-through on sales activities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background with experience in sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
