**Main Purpose of the Job**:
To support the Sales Production Coordinator producing drawings for all types of Signs products.

**Overview of the Role & Team**:
This position will work closely with the Sales Production Coordinator and all members of the Sales Office Team, producing designs for customer approval for all signs products, utilising proprietary software. This includes Road signage, Rail signage and Commercial signage.

The team is customer facing for BBMC and handles the whole process from initial enquiry through to work order production.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Using proprietary software packages, to create sign drawings from customer information for customer approval and as artwork for sign production, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory regulations.
- To liaise with customers and suppliers as necessary, to ensure correct interpretation of requirements is translated into a compliant product for the customer.
- To learn all aspects of road and rail signage requirements, in terms of regulatory compliance, as well as efficient and effective manufacturing practices.
- To comply with all Quality Assurance procedures and company procedures.
- Due to the small size and nature of the team, you will be required from time to time to support the team in various administrative and customer contact functions, as workload and resource requires.
- Respond to any identified personal development/training needs and request appropriate training as required.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to all RBLI policies and procedures
- Undertake any relevant training and development required for the role

**Working Environment**:
This role is predominantly office based.

**Requirement for the Role**:
**Essential**:

- IT literate
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s, grade A - C to include Maths, English & ICT

**Desirable**:

- Administration experience within an office environment
- Experience of Adobe
