Prioritise and organise own work schedule to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are well-managed. Manage effective relationships with suppliers, including printers and merchandisers, to place orders and secure value for money for the trust. Be aware of and comply with procurement processes when securing such suppliers and ensure all suppliers deliver value for money. Keep up to date with industry and best practice developments in order to enhance the existing graphic design service provided.

Ensure all graphic design material follows NHS and trust guidelines and standards and ensure brand consistency across campaigns, sub-brands, logos and activity. Develop and maintain a trust library to host photographs, leaflets and templates for ongoing staff use, this should include all the necessary supporting tools such as permission forms. Take and edit photographs as required. Be proactive in identifying opportunities to develop yourself, others and the Trusts communications.
