Southampton Football Club is looking for someone to join the Reception team to deliver excellent customer service to our guests, fans and staff.

This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a step into employment or someone who is wanting to try a new work environment.

It could also be that first step on the career ladder with training given, development opportunities, attractive benefits and working with inspirational colleagues.

As the Receptionist & Operations Admin Assistant you will be delivering a fantastic experience for everyone coming to St Mary’s Stadium, engaging fans & visitors with your welcoming approach, and helping to showcase the polite and friendly atmosphere of our Club.

What are we looking for?

You don’t need previous experience or qualifications, just a can-do attitude, willingness to help others and a people friendly personality.

Core hours are between 07:30-18:00 Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings to support matchdays and events as required.

Person Specification:

- Excellent customer service
- A flexible attitude to work and ability to multitask
- Reception experience could be beneficial, but isn’t essential
