We are now recruiting on behalf of our client for an Office Assistant, based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. This is a Temporary to Permanent role.

**Duties-**
- Inputting orders on to the system, set up picking lists for the warehouse, invoicing.
- Filing documents & archiving
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

**What we are looking for -**- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and computers in general
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt
- Great organisation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Self-reliant, responsible
- Good team player

Starts at £11 an hour
Working Full time hours 6am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday
