Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented office administrator to join our family run company. As an office administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. Your exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and strong attention to detail will contribute to our overall efficiency and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Purchase ledger duties, including distributing payments to various suppliers.
- Maintain records and databases accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Maintain a professional and organised office environment, including managing filing systems and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to various departments within the company as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator/Purchase clerk (2 years minimum)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm
