**ADMINISTRATION TEAM LEADER**

**ILKESTON**

A thriving Financial Institution based in Ilkeston is looking for an **Administration Team Leader **to join their fast-paced, exciting team. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Sales Admin & Development with the management of the sales admin team as well as supporting on ad-hoc projects, including some marketing related work for events.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As an **Administration Team Leader** your key duties will include:

- Managing and resolving customer care calls
- Supervising the sales admin team
- Organising and managing business events alongside the Head of Development & Administration
- Working with Head Office to support with Marketing duties such as; social media, website, and content management
- Updating the CRM with customer data and sales order information
- Working alongside other departments, as and when required
- Assisting with additional administration tasks and projects when needed
- Ensuring GDPR compliance by screening sales data through approved third parties

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

To be considered for the role of **Administration Team Leader,** you must have:

- Previous administration experience, ideally with some Supervisory or Team Leader experience
- Some marketing exposure would be ideal but isn’t essential
- Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths & English as a minimum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literacy, including Microsoft office suite
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Good organisation and time management skills
