Personal Assistant to Director

Job Overview
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the Director with professionalism and discretion
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure all documents are organized
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Provide administrative support such as handling expenses and invoices
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with clerical duties to support the efficient operation of the office
**Skills**:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent typing skills to handle correspondence and documentation efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
Hours : 40 Per Week 8am - 4.30pm
Salary starting at £30,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
