About Our Services
We provide individualised support packages to enable people to live fulfilling lives within their own homes. Our service comprises 12 apartments for individuals with mild learning disabilities, 4 bungalows for those with higher complex needs, and 4 bungalows for people who display behaviours of concern. Our goal is to promote independence and encourage participation in activities in the local community.
Role Requirements
This role requires a caring and flexible individual to support people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in Ilkeston. You will be responsible for promoting independence and enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives within their own homes. The role involves following daily planners, assisting with financial management, domestic support, and medication administration, as well as supporting personal care and meal planning/preparation, maintaining important relationships, and facilitating social inclusion through activities in the local community. A competitive rate of pay (£11.44 per hour) and additional benefits are offered, including a minimum of 28-days paid holiday per year, accredited training, an employer contributory pension scheme, Health Cash Plan, £10,000 Life cover, Employee Assistance Programme, and access to discounted goods and services through our reward gateway.
