As our Head of Technical Support Services, you will report into our Technical Services Director, working in a fast-paced and guest-facing business. Technical Services is a dynamic team responsible for all elements of maintenance across the Resort to ensure the park is always operating safely and effectively.
As Head of Technical Support Services, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all our support functions - asset management, compliance, training & development and office administration. You will manage this team of support service professionals to ensure quality guidance, support and expertise in accordance with company standards and mandatory requirements, to both internal and external customers. This will include responding accordingly to Safety Bulletins, Technical Bulletins, Technical Manual Revisions, and PPM Amendments etc.

**We are looking for the following**
**skills;**- Successful people manager/leader, with proven experience of creating strong, inclusive teams; maximising performance and potential- Overseeing delivery and development of training programmes; looking for ways to continually improve, aligning with the wider business strategy- Experience adhering to policies and regulations, enforcing high Health and Safety standards across teams- Commercial awareness in terms of asset management; contracts management; as well as experience managing budgets and P&L- Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
This role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
