First Line Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced First Line Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chertsey, Surrey.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to boost their career in a dynamic and people-first technology consultancy.
About the Role:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or recent college/ university graduate.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer, Exchange/Office 365, antivirus software, etc.
- Punctual and thorough worker with astute attention to detail.
