**THE ROLE**
- Work as SCADA Support Consultant for the Gas Utility Client,
- Provide 24hr on-call (Mon-Fri) support for the CNI system working from the Utility control center,
- Working with external stakeholders such as OEM vendor, telecom service provider etc to accomplish the support task.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Must be familiar with OT Business Applications for Gas Utility clients such as forecasting, Gas Quality, Leakage Mgmt, Metering, balancing etc. with experience of setting up, configuration, development and deployment of the codes using DevOps based CI/CD pipeline,
- Should have experience of executing projects with customer facing roles,
- Should have in-depth understanding and implementation experience of the end-to-end software project life cycle,
- Should be familiar with IT/OT support models such as incident management, troubleshooting, reporting etc,
- Should be able to take accountability of system availability in line with the set SLAs working closely with the vendor and wider support organization,
- Willing to travel within or outs

- (Optional) - In-depth knowledge of Gas utility business processes (such as Transmission, distribution, retail etc.) associated business and IT KPIs.
