The post holder will work as part of the facilities domestic team to deliver administrative duties in order to support its business plans and objectives.

The post holder may be asked to support any part of the facilities services but will be attached to the Domestic & Linen Department at BNH providing support to the Domestic & Linen Management Team, assisting with the coordination and administration of Domestic & Linen activity across BNHH.
- To work autonomously providing administrative support.
- To create, maintain and input data to databases and information management systems
- As part of the Domestic & Linen Administration support function, maintain personnel records including annual leave, sickness, order stationery, using the SBS supply chain to order stock for the Domestic & Linen Department, Bank, HPV & Deep Clean Data and eRoster information.
- To take minutes of meetings, transcribe in a timely way and circulate

To provide any other duties appropriate to the band and post
