Office Administrator

Our well established client in Peterhead has a fantastic opportunity for an office administrator to join their busy sales team on a full time permanent basis.
Hours - Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Completing internal control sheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Inputting of invoices on Sage Accounting software
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience of Sage desired but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
