**Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Job description**

**Objective**

You will be based our Morar Living Trinity Manor Care Home and attend our care homes in the south of England when required to open the show suite or to escort potential residents and their families. As Regional Resident Relations Executive you’ll be the person that makes a true difference to the lives of our residents as you introduce them to the world of luxury care. You’ll proactively contact potential residents or family members who have shown an interest in knowing more about our developments and provide the best advice on taking the next steps and the lifestyle they will enjoy when living in a Morar Home. You will be building strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure that they have a hassle free and positive experience from enquiry to admission day.

Other tasks include:

- Lead generation and processing of leads
- Providing professional and exceptional customer service
- Inputting of all enquiries and sales into the CRM system
- Actively liaise and inform residents and their families at each stage of the process
- Ensure sales complex, show homes and stock plots are maintained at a high level of presentations
- Ensuring all marketing material provided are presented and in stock
- Ensuring all social media marketing is carried out and maintained
- Actively progressing reservations to completion
- Booking and performing demonstrations with customers

In addition to the tasks above you will assist the team with ensuring targets are met and most of all our resident’s expectations, working alongside the regional management and home management teams you will be working towards targets each month ensuring the leads generated are converted to new admissions.

**Knowledge and Skills Required to be successful in the Role**
- At least 3 year’s sales and marketing experience ideally within the new homes or estate agency sector
- Experience of the Elderly care sector is preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Hold a full UK Driving License

**Bonus
- up to 10% of annual salary**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
