  • **Programme Management**: Support the lead supervisor in the development of the annual programme of works, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and value for money.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including residents, project staff, and community groups, through regular progress meetings and updates.
  • **Tenant Liaison**: Provide clear information to residents about upcoming works, issue access notices, and ensure reasonable adjustments are made as needed.
  • **Complaints and Disputes**: Manage a complaints procedure, resolve disputes, and handle damage claims in a fair and timely manner.
  • **Community Engagement**: Attend community events and engage with local residents to build relationships and promote our services.
  • **Defect Reporting**: Identify and report defects to the project lead, analyzing trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that our promises are delivered, and our services meet the highest standards.
