  • **Programme Management**: Collaborate with the lead supervisor to develop and implement a comprehensive programme of works, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and value for money.
  • **Stakeholder Engagement**: Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including residents, project staff, and community groups.
  • **Tenant Liaison**: Provide clear information to residents about upcoming works, issue access notices, and facilitate reasonable adjustments as needed.
  • **Complaints Handling**: Develop and maintain a complaints procedure, addressing disputes and damage claims in a fair and timely manner.
  • **Community Outreach**: Participate in community events and activities, fostering positive relationships with residents and local stakeholders.
