Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator for a contract role within a prominent housing association. This position serves as the initial point of contact for all incoming communications, including calls and emails, related to resident inquiries concerning housing management, maintenance requests, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails, effectively addressing customer inquiries or directing residents to appropriate resources on our website.
  • Utilizing our customer relationship management system to document all inquiries and maintenance requests, ensuring accurate logging and follow-up.
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage repair requests and confirming the completion of work orders.
  • Conducting follow-up communications with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback through surveys.
  • Scheduling viewings for prospective tenants interested in available properties.
  • Assisting the property management team with various administrative tasks as needed.
