Our Client, an established transport company has an urgent requirement for an **Insurance Administrator** who can join them on a 6 month fixed term contract.

**Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for**:

- Completing all accident costing sheets and submitting them to claims handlers
- Liaising with engineering managers and other departments to ensure that the needs of the claims handlers are met
- Monitor and ensure that all claims are processed within a reasonable timescale and maximising on the return for the business.
- Track on a weekly basis the number of open and closed claims
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested

**Other skills required**:

- Self motivated
- Ability to prioritise
- Word processing
- Spreadsheets

Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 and 17:00.

This role is an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
