Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our small but vibrant team.
**The role will involve**:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Supporting the sales team
- Processing vendor deal registrations
- Requesting supplier quotes
- Creating customer quotes
- Processing customer purchase orders
- Raising supplier purchase orders
- Raising customer invoices
- Purchasing office supplies
- Tracking deliveries
- Chasing outstanding orders
- Other duties as assigned
- Literate in IT (Excellent Excel skills are an advantage)
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- The desire to progress
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
