**Administrator - Alcester - Permanent - Full Time - Salary up to £24,000 per annum DOE**

An exciting opportunity to work for a successful organisation has arisen and we are recruiting for an Administrator to join their small friendly team based in Alcester.

**The Administrator day to day duties are as follows**:

- Working with team leaders to prepare Agendas, attending meetings to take notes and write action points or minutes.
- Set up and administer Team meetings face to face or via Zoom.
- Maintain information on company website.
- Assist with processing of expenses, processing subscription receipts, prepare Purchase Orders updating on Excel.
- Process cheques, bank transfers, standing orders and credit cards.
- Administer standing orders including allocation of reference numbers, acknowledgement of receipts and forwarding documents.
- Maintain excel records with supporting paperwork and acknowledge receipt when requested
- Upload all contributions to the database on a weekly basis.
- Any other duties required by the business.

**The Successful Administrator must have the following skills/experience**:

- GCSE Maths and English
- Experience attending meetings and minute taking
- Experience working with databases
- Procifient with MS Office especially excel, must be able to use excel to an intermediate level.
- Experience using v-look ups and formulas on excel
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to work unsupervised with initiative
- Good organisation skills - able to plan and prioritise own workload.
- Collaborative, team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

**What’s on offer for the successful Administrator?**
- 37 hours, Monday to Friday, office-based (in Alcester)
- Flexible with regards to start and finish times.
- Official hours are 8:45 - 17:00 Mo - Thursday; Friday 8:45 - 16:30, however, most staff start earlier and finish later Monday to Thursday and then only work half a day on Fridays.
- Hybrid working may also be considered, after the successfully completion of probation period.
