**Sales Administrator - Alcester - Permanent - Full Time - Salary 24-26k per annum DOE**

**Day to Day duties as a Sales Administrator will include the following**:

- Working on inhouse systems, MS Word and Excel
- Producing quotations, invoices and quotes all from inhouse templates
- Inputting details of the above into an excel spreadsheet
- Answering telephones speaking to suppliers and customers in various different countries
- Preparing shipping documents
- Other various admin tasks
- An opportunity to further your skills with training in other various parts of the business.

**As a Sales Administrator you will need the following qualities & experience**:

- Experience in a similar role would be desirable
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Be a logical thinker and able to multi-task
- Able to work towards tight deadlines
- Excellent listening skills as you will be speaking to people overseas with various accents.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills

- Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 Monday-Friday
- 30 minutes lunch break
