Office Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise computerised systems for record-keeping and data management
- Assist in financial tasks using software
- Provide administrative support such as typing, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operation and client management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Proficient in using Google Suite for various office tasks
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and office procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Competency in using various computerised systems for office management
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
