**About Our Client**:
Our client is a large, respected organisation based in Oxford. They are looking for a new permanent Finance Administrator to join their Finance team and be responsible for Finance and administration. They have parking on site and offer hybrid working.
Finance Administrator responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the financial systems and databases.
- Process invoices, expenses and supplier payments.
- Raise PO's
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Support with travel bookings
- Purchase of office stationery
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- A keen eye for detail.
- Experience within a similar Finance role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- An ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
