No, you’re right. It doesn’t always happen. But the fact is, you know you’ve done a good job when your customer gets their order on time, all the paperwork is completed perfectly and you can neatly box it off.

We need someone with attention to detail to work within our FMCG client’s Commercial Support department, providing excellent levels of customer care, completing sales documentation, providing account management support by liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers to resolve queries, supply issues and providing aftercare support.
You’ll work as part of a small, close team, so there will always be someone on-hand to ask for help if you need it, but we expect that you’re already confident enough in your own administrative and organisational skills that you’ll fly in this position (but it’s always nice to know that there’s a team behind you for added support).
This is a growing department, so your role may change over time, but because you are adaptable, you’ll be happy to learn new skills and gain new knowledge to grow with the department.
