**Job Purpose**:
As a Commercial Administrator you will provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Team and contribute to departmental targets. You will develop and maintain proactive and positive relationships with all key stakeholders within the Commercial Team and across the wider Operations.

**What you’ll get to work on**:

- Operating office systems, processing documents, maintaining accurate records and accessing information in the support of Network commercial activities; and as required the wider Commercial function
- Providing administrative support and assistance. These duties, where appropriate, include but are not limited to, preparing work files and all supporting documentation, scheduling visits, co-ordinating enquiries, etc
- Resolving enquires from both internal and external parties
- Compiling information, as necessary, to support the development of Management Information
- Organising departmental telephone-conferences and management meetings, organising the agendas and taking the minutes for those meetings, as required
- Organising team meetings and preparing documentation, as required

**Who are we looking for**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & Word)
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent time management and able to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface with a number of different stakeholders
