Bayleaf Janitorial Supplies Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a driven, hard-working and friendly office assistant to join our established and thriving team in Charlton, London.
Bayleaf Janitorial Supplies Ltd, has been established since 2004 and has grown rapidly since 2004. At BJS we supply cleaning solutions to the hospitality industry, focusing in all Michelin star restaurants as well as all trendy restaurants.
**Essential Experience/Skills**
We are looking for a pro-active, dynamic professional outgoing individual to join our offices/warehouse in Charlton to work alongside our member staff to assist in the office. We are looking for someone who has the ability to use Microsoft Office, be able to prioritize their workload, be able to work well as a team player, a willingness to learn. However training will be provided. Previous office experience would be to an advantage but is not a must.
The working hours are between 9H00 till 18H00 (1hour lunch break).
**General duties will include the following**
- Dealing with in bound calls customer services
- Answers customers questions and confirms customers’ orders
- Placing orders on the CRM system
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly
- Edits delivery notes for accuracy
- Photocopies, scans and files appropriate documents
- Deal with drivers and fill in driver’s report
- Signs for delivery packages
- Perform additional duties when required
- Contacting suppliers for product information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
No weekends
