**Job overview**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Clinical Support Team Administrator** to join the Access and Assessment Team (AAT), based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth. AAT are a multidisciplinary team and who act as a “front door” for adults and older persons mental health services across Great Yarmouth and Waveney. The team receive routine and urgent referrals from GPs and other services which they then triage and assess or signpost where appropriate.

This role is a 37.5 hours per week substantive position and you will be supporting the clinical team. The hours of the role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will need to be able to demonstrate your communication, prioritisation and administration skills as well as your knowledge of IT systems.

You will need a keen eye for detail, be able to work flexibly in response to service needs and have the ability to work to deadlines against an agreed job plan. Accuracy will be a key part of this role so we are looking for someone with these skills.

**Main duties of the job**:
Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Supporting screening meetings and actioning the outcomes
- Taking minutes
- Managing calls to AAT from service users, carers, GPs and other health care professionals
- General admin support to wider clinical team
- Liaising with other teams
- Supporting Clinicians to maintain electronic patient records.
- Data quality

Full training will be given.

- Pitman/RSA III Typing / Word Processing or equivalent secretarial experience
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or working towards
- NVQ 2 Customer Services or working towards

- Knowledge of Trust electronic system

- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent
- Maintaining administrative / secretarial systems
