Receptionist

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information about the hotel, including amenities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information - Process payments and maintain financial records - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
