Receptionist/administrator

MPA Recruitment are recruiting for a receptionist/administrator to join our longstanding client in Derry/Londonderry, our client are in the manufacturing and construction industry.
**The role includes**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on a Friday.
