Hotel Receptionist

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at [Company Name]. We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional guest services and ensure a seamless experience for our hotel guests. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, representing our commitment to hospitality and professionalism.
**Duties**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes in room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold high standards of customer service and represent the hotel in a positive manner
- Taking orders and serving breakfast.
- Helping other departments when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £9.86-£10.27 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
