**Customer Services Coordinator - Bishops Stortford**

**Working Hours Mon -Friday 8.45am -5.00pm (1 hour lunch)**

An opportunity to join an international company as a Customer Service Coordinator will provide excellent customer service within the UK Sales Division by effective communication

In addition, the role will ensure that customer requirements are properly recorded and are met by working closely with various other departments.

**Responsibilities of the Role include**:
× Ensure customer requirements are properly recorded in our internal systems and met

× Manage order entry

× Raise and manage customer complaints throughout the whole resolution process

× Process customer orders for the UK Sales division

× Liaise between the customer and the customer service team at manufacturing and logistics location for deliveries and orders

× Cooperate with the sales team and sales coordinators to assist with pricing and order related enquires

× Distribute order confirmation and any other documentation relating to orders as per the customers’ requirements and company’s quality standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,453.48-£35,835.96 per year
