**DMG Delta Ltd **is a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London and the Home Counties area.

We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to schedule our team of 29 engineers and to assist with general administrative tasks such as sub contractors and invoicing.

**The role**:

- **Hours**: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
- **Contract**: Full time permanent
- **Head office**: Stansted
- **Reporting to**: General Manager

**The Requirements**:

- Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role would be an advantage
- Previous experience within building services company would be an advantage
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook)
