Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their enquiries are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and Production Co-ordinator to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Use Sage and office software to prepare quotations, work instructions, and cutting lists to meet customer deadlines.
  • Coordinate visits to prospects and customers to assess requirements and collect detailed measurements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including specifications, cutting sheets, and work instructions, and ensure information is up-to-date and accessible across the business.
  • Ensure records are updated with changes to technical data and information is available to the Production team.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining filing and office systems, ensuring they are tidy, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Use a CRM system to maintain customer contact details, history, and other required information.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Educated to a minimum of A level standard, with ability and confidence in technology, engineering, maths, or technical design.
  • Experience and confidence in using office computer packages, including Microsoft Office, Sage, Excel, and CRM, with training provided as needed.
  • Credible, confident, and a good relationship builder with excellent team working and people skills.
  • Strong quality and service ethic, with a desire to work within a client-focused organisation.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
