Customer Service Executive

Pertemps Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic and fast-paced department. As a leader in pharmaceutical and health distribution services since 1999, we are expanding our Customer Service team and looking for a professional who thrives under pressure and has experience working within a busy customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer queries, including complaints, delivery issues, and order discrepancies.
  • Handle incoming calls as the first point of contact and take the lead on resolving issues and collaborating with other departments to gather product information.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Log and track customer queries, ensuring they are followed through to completion and resolved efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, and previous administrative experience.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and take a confident, innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Have the confidence to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
