Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact and call log databases.
  • Coordinate customer breakdown/emergency calls and service contract enquiries.
  • Process orders and invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deal promptly with all customer queries and concerns.
  • Assist the Assistant Service Manager in identifying problems, formulating solutions, and implementing procedures.
  • Maintain all administration systems to enable the Assistant Service Manager to accurately report on performance.
  • Assist and support with any projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Similar work experience in a customer service role.
  • Professional manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Customer care skills and ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
