- Assist the Assistant Service Manager in identifying problems, formulating solutions, and implementing procedures.
- Maintain all administration systems to enable the Assistant Service Manager to accurately report on performance.
- Assist and support with any projects as required.

- Customer care skills and ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
