Swindon, United Kingdom Arval UK Ltd Full time

**HR Analyst**

**Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2024**

**Part time 29 hours a week - Swindon Office - Hybrid

Through 'owning' our Headcount tracker (in Excel), which monitors our ever-changing head count, you will be the 'go to' person for a variety of stakeholders needing up to date, accurate data. Regular and ad hoc requests for reports and HR specific dashboards will see you monitoring and providing data related to a wide range of topics. From tracking absence and Temp/Contractor movements, to providing Executive reports and social reporting, this role will be varied and challenging.

Most of your stakeholders will be internal across HR, but will also include Finance and IT teams. In addition, information is often required by our HQ in Paris and by corporate (BNP Paribas) colleagues in London.

**What's in it for you?**

The **HR Analyst**will receive a benefits package at **Pay Zone level A4** - This includes a **basic salary of up to £30,000 pro rata** and a **bonus of up to £1,100 pro rata**.

We operate a hybrid working option, which means you will be able to equally split your time between our office in Swindon and home once you are fully trained in the role.

**This role is Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2024 for 29 hours a week (across 4/5 days - we can flex, so it's up to you)**

**You will also enjoy the outstanding benefits including;**
- Private Healthcare (AXA PPP)
- Life Assurance
- Company Pension scheme
- A range of personal flexible benefits
- 25 days holiday, your birthday off plus bank holidays
- Free Parking
- Free Gym onsite
- Access to great discounts on our products and services
- To celebrate your 1st year you can enjoy a ½ holiday or a £75 Love2Shop voucher
- Paid eye tests and £50 towards your lenses
- Volunteering days
- Charity Fundraising

**About you**

You will be just as comfortable with your head in the data, analysing and looking for trends, as you are with working in a team and building relationships with internal stakeholders. It is vital you have an analytical brain, an eye for the detail and unwavering accuracy in all that you do. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised and able to deliver accurate reports and data in a timely way (sometimes without much notice).

Proficient across Microsoft tools, in particular Excel, we need someone who is confident and capable with Pivot tables and V Look Ups.

You will be joining a high achieving (and award winning) HR team. We are always looking to improve our offering to all customers and improve the experience all our customers have. You will need to be on the same page

- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to roll up your sleeves as part of a team
- A customer focused mind-set
