Are you a confident communicator with great presentation, coaching and training skills and a knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, then we have the role for you as Business Support Analyst.

This role is supporting the launch and roll out of our new labour tool FRED so you will spend most of your time delivering sessions to our F&B teams.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon. You will spend a lot of your time travelling to deliver training sessions to support the rollout and providing on site support and training to our F&B property teams.

What you'll be doing:Due to the launch of our new labour tool FRED, you will be working as part of the FRED Project team working with a range of different teams including IT, tills and F&B National and property teams to rollout and embed the new tool. You will be running a series of one day engagement sessions across the country with F&B Managers, their teams and Area Managers. You will also provide ongoing training and support to our F&B teams as they begin to use the new system.
