- Review Wealth Management and GFIM client onboarding due diligence & KYC documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Support front office stakeholders when onboarding new business by communicating what CDD & KYC is required and attend client meetings when appropriate- Support the remediation of risk issues, clean-ups, recurring issues (e.g. Suitability Review, CRM (Local System), PKR, AML, etc.)
- Identify and propose process improvements, contribute to a sound risk & efficiency culture within the desk

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Business Support Team. Our team is a key component of the UBS Jersey Front Support Office. You will be working in a team of six supporting GWM & GFIM business. It is the perfect place to gain experience on key processes having a direct impact on our client experience

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- A good understanding of AML / KYC requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information to colleagues and stakeholders where required whether verbally or in report format
- Experience with onboarding clients (individual / company / trust) in a financial institution

‐ A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Power Point
- ‐ A high capacity to deal with different topics- A digital mindset
