Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Organise files and documents.
- Send quotes and invoices on guidance from management
- Collate compliance paperwork
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and making arrangements for catering and other logistics
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Provide general administrative support as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
